CrossFit – RX and Competitor Division WOD
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity to generate fitness in individuals.

CrossFit For Kids
CrossFit kids was developed to help kids grow up healthy, strong and develop a life long love of fitness which give them the right foundation to avoid common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Tuesdays: 4:30PM – 5:30PM
Thursdays: 4:30PM – 5:30PM

Hyper-Fit
Get your sweat on at Hyper-Fit! This class is designed to keep your heart-rate up to maximize your fat-burn. You decide on how heavy or light you want your weights. This is a great work-out for people of all fitness levels.
Sundays at 10:00AM – 11:00AM
Tuesdays: 6:30PM – 7:30PM
Thursdays: 6:30AM – 7:30AM, 6:30PM – 7:30PM

Open Gym
This is a perfect opportunity to work on that skill that you are struggling with or to make up a workout that was missed. Coach Bob will be there to work with athletes.
Thursdays: 5:30PM – 7:30PM
Saturdays: 10:00AM – 12:00PM
Sundays: 10:00AM – 12:00PM

CrossFit Fundamentals
Fundamentals will be open to every athlete at CrossFit Celsius, but is targeted towards those newer to CrossFit.
Saturdays at 8:00am.
Each class will include skill-work that will review the Points of Performance of the nine Foundational Movements of CrossFit: Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo-Deadlift High Pull and Medicine Ball Clean. We will also add the Clean, Clean and Jerk, and Snatch to round out a month worth of skill-work. Additionally, each class will include a beginner friendly WOD that will also be designed to be a good workout for our more experienced athletes as well. We will be cycling through the movements in 4 week blocks, starting over every four weeks.
